It’s time for another Classics Club Spin. Here’s how it works:
- Before Sunday 16th August, list 20 books that remain to be read on your Classics Club list. (This is your Spin list.)
- On 16th August the folks at The Classics Club will post a number between 1 and 20.
- The challenge is to read whatever book falls under that number on your Spin list by 4th October 2026.
My Spin List
I enjoyed the book chosen for me in the last Classics Club Spin – A Pocket Full of Rye by Agatha Christie – so I have my fingers crossed for this one.

I’m in the mood for some short stories so 1, 3, 7, 8 or 18 would suit me. If this was your list, which book would you be hoping for – or dreading?
