Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl.
The rules are simple:
- Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
- Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to That Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
- Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other bloggers’ lists.
- Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday a freebie so we have to come up with our own topic. I’ve chosen Books with Periods of Time in the Title. Links from the title will take you to my review or the book description on Goodreads.
- 10 Minutes 38 Seconds in this Strange World by Elif Shafak
- Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult
- The Hours by Michael Cunningham
- One Day by David Nicholls
- A Week in Winter by Maeve Binchy
- The Fortnight in September by R. C. Sherriff
- A Month in the Country by J. L. Carr
- The Cutting Season by Attica Locke
- Jane’s Country Year by Malcolm Saville
- My Century by Günter Grass

Love this – so clever how your periods of time got longer!

Fun topic! I haven’t read The Hours, but I loved the film adaptation. A Month in the Country is on my TBR.

This is a really fun idea! I haven’t read any of these books, but A Week In Winter looks interesting. The only book with periods of time in the title I can think off at the moment is Around The World In Eighty Days 🙂
