Yes, this wasn’t as easy as it sounded! The only book we have in common is The Dutch House, although I could also have used The Persian Boy but didn’t think of it until it was too late.

I was sure you’d include The Persian Boy as you read it so recently. It was lucky for me actually as I was struggling to find ten and then I remembered your review.

These all look like great historical fictions. The American Agent and The Swiss Spy look the most interesting to me. Great list :)

I struggled a bit with this topic, too, especially since I only wanted to use books from my TBR list AND find ten different nationalities. I managed in the end and had fun doing it. Thanks for suggesting this unique topic!

I tried to do the same but had to include a few I haven’t read to make up my ten. I’m guessing a few people had adjectives other than ‘unique’ in mind whilst attempting it!

Great list! I haven’t read any of these, but French Windows is on my TBR. I used a different book by Laurain on my list this week: French Rhapsody.
