Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl.
The rules are simple:
- Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
- Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to That Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
- Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other bloggers’ lists.
- Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.
This week’s Top Ten Tuesday is Books About/Set In Places on My Bucket List. I did something like this recently so once again I’ve come up with my own topic – Things You Wouldn’t Want To Find In Your House. Links from each title will take you to my review.
- Brick Dust by Craig Jordan-Baker
- The Cracked Mirror by Christopher Brookmyre
- A Plague of Serpents by K.J. Maitland
- The Assassin of Verona by Benet Brandreth
- That Which May Destroy You by Abda Khan
- The Montford Maniac by M.R.C. Kasasian
- Hungry Ghosts by Kevin Jared Hosein
- The Blood of Others by Graham Hurley
- Voices of the Dead by Ambrose Parry
- The Other You by J. S. Monroe
What other book titles include things you wouldn’t want to find in your home?

Haha, love this! One of my current reads might work: Fireflies in Winter. Or how about ‘Small Bomb at Dimperley’?

I thought about Small Bomb at Dimperley but I actually had too many in the end and had to drop some.

Can’t argue with any of those. Thanks for the chuckle!

You are correct – I would not want to find any of these in my house!

I love this! You are very creative, Cathy. You should submit this to Jana for a future Top Ten Topic,

I love your take on the topic. I’m not familiar with any of these, but I definitely wouldn’t want to find any of these things in my house either, especially the other me! 🙂

While I wouldn’t like to find any serpents in my house, I’m sure my daughter wouldn’t mind a plague of them.
