The What’s In A Name Challenge 2018 is hosted by Charlie at The Worm Hole. The challenge involves reading a book that matches each of the categories shown below.
With some swapping of titles from my original list and reading up to the wire (I only finished the last book, Bitter Orange, on New Year’s Eve), I’m pleased to say I managed to read books that fitted all six categories. (Follow the link from the title to read my review.)
It was a fun challenge but more difficult than it might seem…especially that pesky Z category.
The word ‘the’ used twice The Boy At The Door by Alex Dahl
A fruit or vegetable Bitter Orange by Claire Fuller
A shape Diamond Cut Diamond by Jane Jakeman
A title that begins with Z Zoo Station by David Downing
(can be after ‘The’ or ‘A’)
A nationality Prussian Blue by Philip Kerr
A season The Winter Soldier by Daniel Mason

Oo, I like this challenge idea! Well done on completing it 🙂

Congratulations on completing this! The Z category wasn’t too much of a problem for me, but I struggled with the fruit or vegetable book and just finished a few days ago too.
